 Since becoming addicted to fly fishing in his teens, Bruce knew what his career was going to be right out of high school and didn’t waste any time after graduating by promptly starting his fly fishing guiding business in the Florida Keys.  Bruce has since been a full time Florida Keys fly fishing flats guide gaining 25 years of experience and counting. Specializing in sight fishing for bonefish, tarpon and permit along with some of the best salt water fly fishing instruction available, Bruce has become one of the most sought after fly fishing guides in all the Florida Keys.



Derek Rust

I specialize in fly fishing and light tackle sight fishing here in the Keys. Sight fishing is extremely challenging, and can be extremely rewarding. We sight fish here for just about everything. From tarpon, bonefish and permit, to sharks and barracudas.

Capt. Rob Kramarz is a fishing guide in the lower keys. Home of gin-clear water, white sand and turtle grass flats, pushes of Bonefish at dawn, tailing Permit on an incoming tide, and Tarpon rolling along channel edges.



Jared Raskob

Jared Raskob was born in Orangeville, Ontario in 1989 and has lived in the Florida Keys since he was a small child. At the early age of seven, Jared was introduced to his first jon boat and began exploring the local waters; this is when his passion for fishing ignited. Jared first picked up a fly rod at the age of thirteen and spent the majority of his adolescence fine-tuning his craft. At the ripe age of nineteen, Jared became a licensed fishing guide. His career has been established through winning various tournaments and through the positive accolades he has obtained from his clients and friends. His proudest and most challenging achievement was winning the 2015 Gold Cup Tarpon Tournament. Through his knowledge and dedication to the sport, Jared hopes to create the same thrill that he experiences daily for each and every angler that steps onto the bow of his boat

William “Butters” Faulkner

Capt. Bill Faulkner is a Florida native with more than 25 years experience fishing and guiding the waters of Everglades National Park. His 20-year professional career began in 1997 when his first article was published in Gulf Coast Angler Magazine. From then on it was full time guiding and competitive tournament fishing as well as writing articles for many publications. Butters is a perfect example of a “Pro”

Ken Hardwick

A native of the Carolina’s, Ken has specialized as a fly fishing guide in the mountains of Pisgah national forest for the past 14 years. Brevard, NC. the gateway to the Pisgah is where Ken and his family call home. Ken Enjoys guiding for Trout, Smallmouth, and Musky in the Western North Carolina region. You can find him guiding at Headwaters Outfitters in nearby Rosman, NC.

LG, an upstate New York native, has been an outfitter and guide to the water of Western Montana for 25 years! With an Environmental Ecology degree from Paul Smiths College, he left all of this to extend his knowledge and love for fly fishing and fly tying!
